Hinokami (meaning "God of Fire") is a new Japanese whisky brand from the southernmost distillery on mainland Japan in Kagoshima. Produced by established shochu maker Satsuma Shuzo, the brand focuses on elegance as its core philosophy. Their debut release, Newborn #1, won Best Japanese Young Spirit at World Whiskies Awards 2026.
