Japan's first and oldest malt whisky distillery, located in the bamboo groves of Shimamoto, Osaka. Founded by Shinjiro Torii in 1923, Yamazaki uses an exceptionally diverse range of pot still shapes to create a wide variety of malt whisky styles.
