Tasting Notes
Nose
Honey, caramel, light floral notes, dried fruit, and a subtle oakiness
Palate
Smooth and mellow with honey, vanilla, mild spice, and a rounded malty sweetness
Finish
Clean and moderately long with gentle oak and a touch of sweetness
How to Enjoy
Excellent for mizuwari (with water) or on the rocks. A classic bar staple in Japan.
