The sixth release in Akkeshi's Twenty Four Seasons series. Daikan means "great cold" and represents the coldest period of the year, the 24th and final solar term before the cycle begins again with Risshun. This blended whisky uses Akkeshi malt as its core with grain whisky for balance.
Tasting Notes
Sweet malt, dried fruits, light peat smoke
Rich honey sweetness, citrus zest, balanced grain and malt with subtle oak spice
Medium length with gentle peat and warming spice
